Join me for 5 Kundalini Global yoga classes for anxiety recovery, beginning 1st June.
In these 5, 90 minute, classes, which take place over consecutive Tuesday evenings, we will explore the power of neural plasticity in anxiety recovery.
Tuesday evenings, 7-8:30pm UK time, 90 minutes each, via zoom.
The price for this series of classes include a special edition of my new Zine: Dancing Star, which will focus entirely on what we are covering over the classes and practical tools you can use away from class.
In the classes, we will examine how we can ‘reprogramme the human psyche’ by making a commitment to change and by using tools that immediately change how we feel and, over time, create new neural pathways that allow for a new experience of the self on the path through anxiety.
We will walk together toward to idea of committing to a daily practise.
